Enjoy a delightfully themed springtime market brought to you by ArtPark Trinity Groves and Happily Ever After Sip and Shop. You’ll find over 25 local vendors selling one-of-a-kind wares that are perfect for filling your Easter baskets or giving special spring gifts. The Easter Vendor Market also features craft classes, live entertainment, lawn games, and photo ops. Fill up on seasonal bites and enjoy a selection of themed cocktails.

Since the Easter Vendor Market is dog- and kid-friendly, you can bring the entire crew and enjoy a beautiful day strolling among the booths, taking in the sights, and playing in the fresh air. The market lasts from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., giving you the perfect solution for a laid-back Sunday afternoon.

Coco’s Hop-Up Shop

Support local vendors at this family-friendly anime-themed pop-up market that lets you shop small through a big event. You’ll find unique merchandise primarily centered around an anime slant, with plenty of handcrafted and original pieces. This pre-Easter pop-up is the perfect place to start filling your Easter baskets or even purchase a delightful Easter basket pre-made. You’ll find fashion, clay art, candles, crafts, and much more. A selection of concessions, candy, and chocolates will be available to keep you well-fed and satisfy any sweet tooth.

Coco’s Hop-Up Shop creates the perfect ambiance for a delightful experience. You’ll even get a chance to enjoy some of your favorite music as you shop. Although the market is free, if you’re interested, you’re encouraged to RSVP to help organizers get an accurate headcount for all the goodies.

Easter Hop

The Easter Hop is a virtual run that kicks off on Easter Sunday and lasts until the end of the month. You can customize your challenge to suit your fitness level and choose from a 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half-marathon (13.1 mile), or full marathon (26.2 mile) run. Choose your course and complete the challenge on your own or with a group of friends. If you’re looking for an original way to celebrate the Easter holiday while doing some good, this is a prime opportunity with all the flexibility you could want.

The cost is $17.99 per participant and includes a medal and bib. Medals for the Easter Hop are garage-made from layered wood. The event is hosted by Virtual Run Events powered by Moon Joggers. At least 15% of every entry fee goes to supporting Easterseals.

Easter Bunny Brunch

The Easter Bunny will dine on the Old Bedford School Patio with special guests during three special brunch sessions on Saturday, April 1. You’ll enjoy a light meal with the floppy-eared icon himself as well as a personal meet and greet and photo op. Crafts will be available as well to add to the excitement. Each brunch session lasts 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the whole experience.

Tickets are $5 per person for all attendees over the age of 2. The first session is from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The second session is from noon to 1:30 p.m., and the third is from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Reserve your tickets well in advance to secure your spot.

Easter Egg Scramble

Jake’s Hilltop Park provides an expansive green space perfect for Easter activities. The town of Flower Mound will host an afternoon of fun that includes activities starting at 1:30 p.m. and the essential Easter Egg Scramble at 2:30 p.m. All children aged 12 and under are invited to participate in the scramble. The Easter Bunny will even make an appearance for photo ops and fun. The event is free for all. In addition to the planned activities, Jake’s Hilltop Park also features a playground and plenty of open space for the family to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

Spring EGGstravaganza

The Colony Five Star Complex will host its wildly popular Spring EGGstravaganza again in 2023. Families can meet Peter Rabbit for a photo op, do Easter crafts, ride the Big Tex Express Train, visit the petting zoo, play oversized lawn games, and more. The entertainment zone and associated activities are free of charge, but you must snag a ticket to participate in the egg hunt.

The event includes an abundance of opportunities for kids to pick up eggs in age-appropriate groups. There’s also an open hunt for children under the age of 18 months and special needs children. Tickets for the egg hunt are $5 in advance or $8 the day of the event if any tickets remain.
