Located 25 miles south of downtown Dallas in Ferris, Roadrunner Ranch is a working horse and cattle farm spanning over 100 acres of pastures and tree-lined landscapes. The venue’s state-of-the-art, three-story barn boasts chandeliers, shiplap siding, and a grand stairway that lend elegance and sophistication to an otherwise rustic destination.

In addition to the venue barn, Roadrunner Ranch also features a pavilion, a floating veranda, and plenty of green pasture space, giving you a variety of locations and flexible seating options for your ceremony. The pavilion, also known as the Bier Garten, is a 4,000-square-foot space next to the barn that offers concrete counters, industrial ceiling fans, and space for musicians and dancing.

The family-run establishment assists in taking care of the details so that your big day turns out even better than you could have dreamed. On-staff designers and caterers work with any theme, including Wild West weddings, bohemian weddings, rustic barn weddings, and more. Best of all, the sweeping vistas serve as the perfect backdrop for professional photographs.

Each wedding package includes a 16-hour rental of the facility, a helpful ranch hand, parking for 150 vehicles, one bartender, furniture and linens (including setup and breakdown), use of the sound system, kitchen access, and photo sessions.

The Ashton Depot

Whether you’re planning an intimate reception for 50 guests or a large-scale wedding with a 300-person guest list, The Ashton Depot in Fort Worth is ready to accommodate. The restored Beaux Arts-style train terminal was originally known as the Santa Fe Depot, and it offers more than 10,000 square feet of event space, including a 3,200-square-foot courtyard.

The historic Santa Fe Depot was constructed in 1899 to help meet the growing demand for rail services in Fort Worth. It was renovated in 1937 with contemporary amenities, allowing it to serve several rail lines until 1960. From 1973 to 1995, Amtrak operated a passenger service out of the station.

Thanks to the building’s neoclassical architecture and distinctiveness, it was revitalized yet again over a three-year period, creating the full-service event venue now known as The Ashton Depot. The marble flooring, barrel-vaulted ceilings, and original stained-glass windows provide a stunning atmosphere of grace and elegance for special events, particularly traditional or Roaring ‘20s-themed weddings.

Wedding packages include daytime, evening, and off-site wedding options, allowing you to pick the package that best suits your needs and budget. Hors d’oeuvres, plated meals, and buffet meals are priced per guest, and hosted bar selections can be added to any package.

Warwick Melrose – Dallas

The iconic Warwick Melrose in Uptown Dallas has hosted some of the city’s grandest weddings since 1924, and it remains a beloved favorite. Wedding guests are charmed by the Sullivanesque Chicago-style architecture, antique-filled corridors, hand-painted ceilings, marble floors, and stately columns with gold trim, creating a graceful atmosphere that is ideal for elegant or vintage-inspired occasions.

Choose from a wide range of wedding packages and in-house catering options to personalize your big day. The site features six venue options that can accommodate up to 300 guests, including the Grand Ballroom with its crystal chandeliers and mirrored pillars. But even intimate ceremonies are welcome at Warwick Melrose, so don’t feel like you have to invite everyone you know to take advantage of the hotel’s charming ambiance.

Wedding ceremony and reception amenities are customizable and include options such as a social catering manager, audio/visual equipment, flexible event space, planning for off-site wedding parties, and hotel group rates for wedding guests.

Place at Tyler

If you’re not yet sure what your wedding theme will be, consider booking Place at Tyler on South Polk Street in Dallas. Place at Tyler is a unique venue in that it’s simply a blank white slate with an open concept floor plan, giving you the ultimate flexibility for your special occasion complete with an Instagram-worthy background.

With 1,600 square feet of ceremony space and 2,900 square feet of main venue space, Place at Tyler accommodates up to 200 seated guests. It offers beautiful natural light in the daytime and romantic lighting at night, but you have complete freedom over the decor and the type of atmosphere you want to create for your big day.

Ideal for everything from minimalist to traditional weddings, Place at Tyler features a prep kitchen area, a restroom, overflow restrooms in Tyler Station, and a bridal suite. Depending on your rental package, you can add wooden or white tables, cocktail tables, banquet tables, or even an Epson projector. Reserve Place at Tyler for your reception, ceremony and reception, or by the hour. All bookings include setup and take-down time.

The Fort Worth Club

High above the city streets, The Fort Worth Club offers an unforgettable wedding experience for couples dreaming of a regal, highly customized event. You can even take advantage of in-hour catering by Timothy Prefontaine and a personalized wedding cake by the venue’s pastry team.

Choose from several different rooms to host your ceremony and reception, such as the historic Horizon ballroom with its 1920s-era atmosphere. The staff are happy to help you select the perfect menu from an extensive list of plated and buffet options with minimums for Saturday weddings starting at around $3,000.

The Fort Worth Club provides a timeless  ambiance with classic accents, incredible food, and spectacular views, making it the perfect choice for upscale events. Just be sure to make your inquiries early as the venue books up fast.
