Spiral Diner & Bakery specializes in making plant-based versions of American comfort foods, including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and burritos. If you want to get your day started right, stop by the restaurant for breakfast. Some of the popular options include gluten-free pancakes and breakfast tacos. For lunch, go with one of the burgers that come with either a cashew quinoa patty or a Beyond Meat patty. One excellent option is the El Paso, which comes with lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayonnaise, pickled jalapenos, French-fried onions, and guacamole.

Boulevard of Greens

Whether you want a refreshing juice cleanse or a filling bowl, Boulevard of Greens has you covered. This plant-based juice bar serves smoothies, raw cold-pressed juices, bowls, and more. For an invigorating juice packed with nutrients, order The Autobahn, which is made with spinach, kale, romaine, celery, cucumber, parsley, and lime. If you’re hungry and need something more substantial, go with the Park Avenue Salad, which contains apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, vegan mayonnaise, coconut whip, and pink salt. Another excellent option is the Graceland Sandwich, which has cashew butter, peanut butter, jelly, and bananas.

Planted Bakery

If you think you can’t enjoy sweet treats and other freshly baked goodies when you’re following a vegan diet, think again! If you’re looking for something for lunch, the pepperoni roll is loaded with mozzarella, garlic, and delicious vegan pepperoni. For something spicy, try the cheddar cruffin stuffed with jalapenos. You can then indulge with an oatmeal cookie, mini carrot cake, or chocolate doughnut.

Belenty’s Love

If you’re in the mood for Mexican, head to Belenty’s Love. You can get your day going with the tofu and potatoes plate, which includes scrambled tofu and fresh-cut potatoes. For lunch, Belenty’s Bowl will fill you up with its tofu, black beans, carrots, rice, avocado, spinach, pico de gallo, and avocado dressing. Another outstanding option is the enchilada plate, which comes with vegan beef, vegan chicken, or vegetables. The restaurant also serves vegan versions of burgers, tacos, nachos, and burritos.

Mariachi’s Dine In

While Mariachi’s Dine In has a traditional menu with authentic Mexican dishes, you can also find a vegan menu prepared using only vegan cheeses, proteins, salsas, and creams. The Baja “fish” taco comes with crispy banana blossoms, roasted corn, pickled red cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and chipotle crema on a flour tortilla. Another fantastic option is the grilled piña burrito, which includes vegan pastor, grilled pineapple, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro, and chipotle crema all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.

Although not everything on the menu at Clean Juice is vegan, you’ll still find a variety of vegan-friendly options. The Beach Bowl is a tasty option that includes organic acai, almond milk, banana, coconut oil, toasted coconut, granola, and pineapple. If you’re looking for lighter fare, order the avocado toast, which has organic avocado, lemon, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and pink sea salt. You can also treat yourself to one of the fresh juices. For a quick pick-me-up, order the Wakeup One, which is made with organic ginger, lemon, and orange.

Pizza Verde

In the mood for a vegan pizza? Thanks to the generosity of the owners of Black Cat Pizza, Pizza Verde is now able to sell plant-based pizzas every Monday at the pizza shop. One classic option is the Margherita, which has tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil. Another tasty option is the Verde, which is topped with tomato sauce, corn, lime crema, mozzarella, cilantro, and chorizo. If you’re in the mood for something spicy, go with the Kimchi that’s topped with a hot oil and garlic base, gochujang beef, kimchi, mozzarella, sesame spinach, and sesame seeds.

Unrefined Bakery

In addition to a good selection of traditional bakery items, Unrefined Bakery also has a vegan menu. If you’re interested in getting fresh bread, some of your options include hamburger buns, hot dog buns, five-grain sandwich bread, and yeast- and sugar-free bread. For a treat, you can get some cinnamon sweet rolls, banana bread, chocolate cupcakes, monkey cupcakes, a whoopie pie, or confetti cookies. If you want to make your own vegan pizza at home, you can even purchase some pizza crusts.

Zonk Burger

Zonk Burger is a popular all-vegan food truck you can find around Fort Worth’s Southside area. You won’t be getting dried out or tasteless vegan burgers here. Instead, you’ll get to savor flavorful patties made with a combination of ground chickpeas and mushrooms. One popular menu option is the loaded classic burger, which comes with grilled onions, smoky mushrooms, and a special sauce. If you order the chipotle black bean burger, you can make it spicy to enjoy a nice kick of heat. If you’re feeling extra hungry, order the fries or loaded fries on the side.

Righteous Foods

Righteous Foods is a bright and cheery cafe that serves health-conscious American cuisine. While the menu does include nonvegan options, the restaurant also has a vegan menu with plenty of great dishes. For breakfast, you can order the quinoa porridge, coconut and chia seed pudding, acai berry bomb, or avocado toast. If you decide to swing by for lunch, consider trying the curried noodles, beet hummus with hemp seed, Brussels sprouts and organic spelt flour, or sprouted brown rice.
