Here at Hiley Mazda of Fort Worth we’re no strangers to a delicious pizza pie or a big plate of pasta, and in our many years in the community we’ve found some Italian restaurants we can’t get enough of. Cane Rosso

If the first thought on your mind when you think of Italian food is a tasty pizza, then you need to find time to get to Cane Rosso to try a sumptuous slice. The first seed for Cane Rosso was planted more than a decade before its launch when founder and owner Jay Jerrier visited Italy on his honeymoon and fell in love with the authentic pizza he found there.

After returning home and purchasing his own wood-burning pizza oven, he spent years practicing and learning from Master Pizzaiolos until he was ready to take what he learned to the streets with a mobile catering oven in 2009. Two years later he opened his first brick and mortar location and quickly gained acclaim as a must-stop shop for any pizza lovers.
